General House Rules

Outside food is not allowed inside the villa.
Guests are not permitted to access the kitchen, except for infants (with prior approval).
Inviting external guests or day visitors is strictly prohibited.
Bachelor groups / stag parties are not allowed.
Parties and late-night revelry are discouraged.
Loud music is not permitted after 10:00 PM.
Alcohol consumption is allowed within limits only.
Smoking inside rooms/villa is strictly prohibited (allowed only in open areas).

Safety & Legal Compliance

Any illegal activity (including drugs, narcotics, or weapons) is strictly prohibited.
Management reserves the right to inform authorities if required.
Misconduct or violation of rules may lead to denial of booking or eviction without refund.

Pool & Safety Guidelines

Pools are unguarded (no lifeguard present).
Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
Avoid alcohol, food, and glass items near the pool.
Pool usage timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Security & Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Management is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
A security deposit of ₹2500 per room is required.
Refund processed at checkout or within 5 working days (if no damages).

ID Requirements

As per law, all guests above 18 must carry valid government ID:
Aadhaar Card
Driving License
Passport

Cancellation Policy (Strict)

12-hour free cancellation (only for direct website bookings).
No cancellation allowed if check-in is within 7 days.
After 12 hours: No refund / no reschedule.
Partial payments are non-refundable.

100% advance payment required before check-in.

Accommodation Details

AC rooms, WiFi, wardrobes, extra mattresses.
Parking available for up to 4 cars (free).
Driver accommodation available (₹1000/person/night).
Maid accommodation not available.

Power Backup

Generator backup available.
After 8 hours usage: ₹800/hour.
Mandatory 30-minute break after every 2 hours.
